Please note that with effect from 7 April 2020, MinLaw Services Centre will no longer accept cash payments. With effect from 15 January 2023, all services for payment to the Insolvency and Public Trustee’s Office (IPTO) will no longer be available at SingPost, including payments at post offices, through the SingPost mobile app, SAM online and SAM kiosks .

All payments to IPTO can only be made via MinLaw’s e-Collection portal at https://go.gov.sg/ecp/.
